Wanted: NUS Student Photographer

The Singapore Research Nexus (SRN) is a unique academic resource covering the wide range of research on Singapore produced by the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS). It can be found at http://srn.staging.clickrlabs.com/wp-deploy2/

SRN is currently engaged in a project to build a repository of photographs of Singapore.

We are currently accepting applications from current NUS undergraduate or graduate students for the position of Graduate Student Researcher or Undergraduate Student Researcher. We need a student who possesses excellent photography skills to join our team. Prior experience with WordPress or similar platforms is a definite asset. Successful applicants for this position will be able to build a portfolio of photography of Singapore to add to the SRN website’s SG Photobank. The student will additionally work on developing and indexing a repository of photographs on Singapore that caters to needs of researchers and educators focusing on Singapore.

The application period is for two weeks from 7 October to 21 October 2015 or until the position is filled. Successful applicants would start work in or after November 2015 and be appointed for a one month period. Applicants will work up to 16 hours per week. The position may be renewable.
